At the heart of Momentum is the desire to help people and organizations find their place and purpose in life. If we are to understand the reason we have been created, there is need to first recognize, then cultivate the gifts and qualities we have been given.
Momentum has assisted many individuals and organizations, such as missions, churches, sports ministries and humanitarian agencies. We work by offering individual and corporate consultancy services, helping to identify place, purpose and efficiency.
We offer no excuses for being involved in several continents, since it reflects our idea that most people and corporate/church leaders need to spend at least part of their lives in an unfamiliar foreign setting to gain a better understanding and appreciation of their place and purpose in life.

HUMANITARIAN WORK: As you can see by our website we devote a great deal of our time to helping develop villages and schools in remote parts of Africa. Effect The Cause operates as the humanitarian arm of Momentum and provides a global focus to the whole organization. The Hoyle family has been involved with education for over 25 years, including pioneering and development of Christian schools in Australia, Texas and Florida, also 8 years of home school/ hybrid school oversight of over 500 students in San Antonio, Texas.
HEALTHY GROWTH PATTERNS:
Momentum seeks to help churches and organizations avoid the delays and inefficiencies associated with changes in staff or mission. A loss of momentum due to constant change can be expensive both in financial and human terms. Momentum works to make sure there is provision to avoid these unnecessary delays, helping create a seamless approach between departments, individuals and goals. We simply call this the movement towards a pro-active, intentional, growth pattern.
Momentum recognizes the need for people to enjoy the ride as well as the destination and encourages an adventurous approach to life. We have come to value the teachings of Jesus and love the statement found in the book of Acts: 17:28 “For in Him we live and move and have our being.”
BUILDING COMMUNITY: Momentum has offered different and meaningful expressions of Christian community including bible studies, community gatherings, missions trips, celebrations, music concerts, art shows, coffee shop gatherings, water baptism’s, weddings, funerals, crisis counseling, marriage seminars, mountain camps, surf camps, survival camps, father and son/daughter camps, family camps, summer skills camps for girls/boys, winter snow sports camps, hunting and fishing camps.
At Momentum we love life and love to get outdoors. We love to do church on a mountain or on a beach or in a foreign country or in the market places of life. We love people and care about their purpose.
